When Annie and I started the Cafe on 7th July 2013, we didn't imagine we would keep on until now, rain or shine,  with the wonderful Cafe Team who have joined us along the way, that's Jill, Pam, Evelyn, Hilary, Helen, Jane, Sally S, Ros, Liz S, Liz W and the other Liz S, and Annie's daughter Beth.   With occasional  blips - the gas running out half way through the cafe, no water in December, Covid, and all - it has been such a lovely sociable event!  
But the time has come to call it a day, and Nadia and Cressida have bravely offered to take over the running of the Cafe.  So it's not goodbye to the Cafe, it's the start of something new!!  

There will be no Cafe in August but on September 6th we shall run a  Cafe coffee morning with coffee, tea, cakes and snacks, from 11.00am to 12.30, during which the shop will be open too as usual. Cressida will join us for that and find out more about the running of the cafe.  Thereafter Nadia and Cressida plan to run some more coffee mornings and work up to serving lunches.  They will keep you posted. 

So a very big Thank You to Nadia and Cressida, and a big Thank You to all our loyal clientele who I know will be supporting Cressida and Nadia as they develop the new Brand!!!

Come and enjoy our homemade fare in the cosy meeting shed or out on the terrace or  sitting area with that wonderful view!
